My Qualifications
Helen is a great believer in life-long learning. On the job training helps people learn how to carry out a task, however undertaking a qualification shows a real commitment and sacrifice and helps people understand the background of why they are completing the task in this particular way. To this end we can offer ILM leadership and management qualifications at levels 2, 3, 4 and 5, should people be interested and wish to add these to their personal CVs.
